We asked cooperation of the ftp-masters when we tried to do same-day-upload of
2.6.14 and 2.6.15, but there was no timely reply.
Actually, there was no reply at all to the mail sent to the ftp-master
address, and only pinging Ganneff on irc helped some, altough we missed the
dinstall deadline because Ganneff didn't really see the interest and went out
doing RL stuff, which is understandable on a human way, but not if you
consider the ftp-master function in debian.
Basically, the ftp-master have a very very poor track record in communication,
so any solution which involves communicating with the ftp-master is not likely
to be a good long term solution.
