Bug#294851: kernel-image-2.6.10-1-686: directory /lib/modules/2.6.10-1-686 still exists - due to the build symlink

This behaviour is provided by make-kpkg which is used
to build the header package in question.
I have reassigned it accordingly, though I think your
suggestion sounds reasonable.
