I'm pretty sure 2.4 currently FTBFS in sid. Looks like a tool chain
change. I think this occurs on both i386 and powerpc. I haven't tried
others, nor had time to nvestigate.

hppa still needs work. I don't really want to take over hppa, so if
anyone wants to work on this, please feel free.
