Any ideas?

At a guess, try compiling with gcc-3.3 instead of gcc-4.0.
But unless you have a burning desire to use kernel-source-2.6.11,
please try linux-source-2.6.12 which is now in the archive
supplied by the linux-2.6 source package.

I'm using Debian unstable with kernel 2.6.8.
I'm using make-dpkg, how do I chose what version of gcc to use?
To build linux-source-2.6.12 what's the gcc version I should use, and most important, where can I find that info so that in future updates I dont get stuck again.

Thanks.
