Bug#270297: no SysRq key option available

  I don't think there's any patch involved either, they just set
 /proc/sys/kernel/sysrq to 0 as part of their bootup procedure.

  A quick google seems to suggest that SuSE do the same thing (although
 I can't confirm it with 100% certainity as I don't have access to any
 SuSE box from home).
