Dear Andres, my system was a clone of a normal Debian installation. I installed Debian about one year ago with the normal Woody->Sid step. Since I was running out of space, I added a new disk on February and copied everything there. I still have the original installation on the old disk and I could try to work from there and make a few tests. Unfortunately I have not much free time in these days and I will be away for a couple of weeks. I am afraid I won't be able to do much on a short time scale. If this can be useful, I used progsreiserfs_0.3.0.4-1_i386 to partition the disk. Bug #244169 seems to be related to the problems we are having.
