I heard rumors that 2.6 works on macs, but it did not on my mac. I have not
tried on the Amiga for a while (nor on the Atari I recently bought). It
should work on Amiga, but my last try with 2.6.6 was unsuccessful. And VME
is as always a mystery.
I am somewhat busy right now, when I am back in August, I can try building
2.6 images for m68k again. Hopefully we don't have backlog then, so I can
also test them on my boxes. But honestly, I would not want to switch m68k to
2.6 just yet. Maybe just mac, if we get the mac kernel to work, especially,
since right now they still have to use 2.2.25... I have not been impressed
with 2.6 on i386 yet, I would not want to see more surprises on the m68k
buildds.
