make-kpkg kernel_headers

Hi,

when I make kernel image and headers packages with make-kpkg, the kernel_headers only have this:
$ ls -lh /usr/src/kernel-headers-2.6.6-2-k6-20040710/
total 44K
drwxr-xr-x   36 root     root         4.0K 2004-07-10 14:16 include
-rw-r--r-- 1 root root 20 2004-07-10 01:15 kernel-headers.revision
-rw-r--r--    1 root     root          36K 2004-05-10 13:21 Makefile

I use the command:
$ make-kpkg --rootcmd fakeroot --initrd --bzimage --revision=2.6.6-2-k6-20040710 --append-to-version=-2-k6-20040710 binary-arch

How do I make to have tho others directories, like arch, crypto...?
and the link in /lib/modules/2.6.6-2-k6-20040710/built pointing to /usr/src/kernel-headers-2.6.6-2-k6-20040710 instead of the kernel-source directory?

I'm using debian testing with make-kpkg 1.94.

Thanks

Nuno
