xrandr and plasma control bars

Hi @all,

I'm on debian stretch with plasma installed from repo.

When using xrandr to setup (and maybe change the orientation of one of
my monitors) I noticed, that the main control bar on the primary screen
changes it's behavior: It's configured to always stay on top and
windows (when maximized) shouldn't go underneath it. After calling
xrandr to setup all monitors the way I want it at home, maximized
windows go underneath the control bar while it stays always on top.
It helps to open the "configuration dialog" of the control bar (by
clicking the hamburger icon at the very right of the bar)
Unfortunately I have to unlock the widgets first.

Thats not the end of the world, but it's annoying

Maybe someone knows a workaround? Maybe some command to tell the control
bar it should read it's configuration again?!

btw, the xrandr command is something like this:
xrandr --output eDP1 --primary --mode 1366x768 --rotate normal --pos
1920x312 --output DP1 --mode 1920x1080 --pos 3286x0 --output HDMI1
--off --output HDMI2 --mode 1920x1080 --rotate normal --pos 0x0
--output VIRTUAL1 --mode 1440x900_60.00 --pos 480x1080 --output
VIRTUAL2 --off

Best regards
