Neither the debian nor the KDE bug is marked as resolved. And if you read more 
closly the KDE bug #338967, they are discussing at the end that the bug 
#339393 is closed and that they are different issues. And for the submitter 
Franz this problem started with KDE 4.14 and akonadi 1.13.0.

If you have good connection to the exchange admin a log of IMAP could help.
