Yeah, this is an option, though it is sad that people are forced to choose a phone based on (lack of) Linux support of a protocol that exists for a long time, instead of actual technical properties. There are also people with existing devices who try to start using Linux, but I'm not sure anymore that we try to support those. -- WBR, wRAR
