It's not a matter of distance, that weather service is just bad. I'm in Madrid, Spain, not too far from Britain, and rather often it says it's cloudy here when outside the sky is completely clean and the sun shines like brused gold, :-/
I hope these plasmoids will add the more weather services to choose in future versions.
