Package Problem Stops Apt-Get!

Due to a packaging problem of frozen-bubble-data, apt-get cannot complete an
upgrade. The problematic messages are:

I have not been able to complete an upgrade nor a dist-upgrade cycle for a
period of time. Can someone help me to resolve this packaging problem?
