Try creating this file so the script can delete it.  Just do

# touch /usr/lib/kde2/kio_https

Same thing here.  Do..

# touch /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/default

That should allow kdelibs3 to install.

Looks like the script is using the wrong case "r" for a recursive move. 
Perhaps you can edit the script, if you can find it.  I don't know where
to look for it either...sorry.
