arts and xmms-arts and testing

It would appear that arts and xmms-arts can be hinted to go into sarge together.
This is the kind of thing that I think that the automated system should be able
to figure out on its own (the case of two packages that need to go in together),
but doesn't.

The symptoms, from Bjorn's script:

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Updating arts makes 1 depending packages uninstallable on alpha: xmms-arts

   * xmms-arts depends on libartsc0 >= 1.2.1 but testing has 1.1.5-2 (unstable has 1.2.1-2)
         o binary package libartsc0 is part of source package arts (explained above)

Explanations:

1. Sometimes packages have seemingly recursive dependencies (adding X makes Y uninstallable, Y is waiting for X). This means the new version of X will break the old version of Y, but there's also a new version of Y that needs the new version of X. As soon as all other dependencies are solved, the two packages can be hinted to go in together. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Could someone with appropriate access issue the hint?
