Point your web browser to http://localhost:631/ click on "Do 
Administration Tasks", log in with your root account, click add 
printer, in Device select "Windows Printer via SAMBA", then for Device 
URI, input "smb://<username>:<password>@<host>", where <username> and 
<password> form the windows account on the windows machine with the 
printer, and <host> is that machine's name on the windows network. Make 
sure you have the latest cupsomatic-ppd package installed and select a 
Model compatible with your printer.

I also suggest consulting http://www.linuxprinting.org for a lot more 
information. You should find extended information here about your own 
model, and they will tell you which driver to use if a direct one is 
not available.
