Hello! Updating kdevelop3 takes a long time, if the docomentation database is configured to be indexed. I would like to suggest starting the indexing of the Dokumentation in kdevelop3.postinst as a backgroud process. Doing so, the indexing wouldn't block the complete update process. If indexing failes because of whatever reason, this doesn't concern the usability of kdevelop3 at all and can be repeated later manually. Kind Regards Matthias
