Re: spam problem because of this list....
It's quite likely somebody is simply harvesting emails from this list or
others.
One easy option (although a pain) is to change the email address you use in
your mailclient to be something like
debian-list 'AT' brain-frog.de
or debian-listNOSPAM@brain-frog.de
...
