"ksysguardd (and therefore kdebase) is not installable in sid at the 
moment. This is due to libsensors-1debian1 not being in the archive any 
more (bug #210276) You will need to wait for a new kdebase to uploaded 
OR download http://snapshot.debian.net/archive/2003/06/24/debian/pool/
main/l/lm-sensors/libsensors-1debian1_2.7.0-6_i386.deb and install it 
using dpkg -i"

If you download and install this libsensors-1debian1 package, can you 
not install kde-core using apt-get?
