I'll confirm that it doesn't work - using the source.list line:

deb http://ma2geo.mathematik.uni-karlsruhe.de/public-debian binary/

I didn't find them...

One thing that I noticed that you might be having issues with is that each 
package is in a separate directory under binary - instead of actually in that 
directory itself... or at least that's what it looks like, since unlike a 
normal package repository, I can't actually see what's in there due to the 
"summary" page that is at:

http://ma2geo.mathematik.uni-karlsruhe.de/public-debian/binary/

Do you have symlinks pointing from the subdirectories to the repository?
