apt sources.list line for ktown

Ciao :)

        I'm a newbie and I would like to know the right path/line to add 
on the /etc/apt/sources.list file, to get the packages in 
/ktown.kde.org/~nolden/stable/main ...., to upgrade with the commands 
:  apt-get update && apt-get upgrade  .. my linuxbox where I have the old 
kde31 packages fetched from /download.kde.org ...
