Yes you need to set the "prefix to folders". Normally its the
directory where the mail is in your homedir and its proberly something
like "Mail" of "mail".
Also notice that the version you use has some issues with imap, like
the protocol is crashing and then eats your cpu-time. Also u can't
subscribe/unsubscribe to folders. I have 1.5 running here and I know
these issues where fixed there.
