Hi,

i have Ralf's deb's working well on sid, but there is a little work to do for 
libfam.

first get fam sources apt-get source fam 
second apply diff-patch to fam_dir and build fam
whith that fam package you should get Ralf's kde_3.1 deb's working on sid
