I've changed this again after phoning Chris Schlaeger from SuSE who wrote it.
After a test it links without libkdefakes so I added a patch to
kdebase/debian to modify the Makefile.am before the build and removed the
libkdefakes4 package again. This makes ksysguardd a standalone version which
doesn't require anything to be installed than linux.
