Indeed. The FTP server changed latest to 3.0.5 which does not contain the
Debian subdir (yet?). The 3.0.4 (instead of 'latest') is still available:
deb http://download.us.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/3.0.4/Debian/sid/ ./
