where is hicolor icons

Hi! 

I just upgraded my debain KDE from 3.0.1 to 3.0.2, now I can not start
control center, it complains can not find hicolor icons, but I can not
figure out which package I need.

Also when start konqueror, I got the error: Protocol not supported
file. 

I had removed (purged ) kdelibs and kdelibs4 as suggested by the
a post in this list. Then installed from
kde3.geniussystems.net/debian, the installation goes quite smooth,
what did I miss?
