This seems like the best solution so far but it has some of the
same problems that my C program had. It probably lacks initialization of some
necessary environment variables and thus reports stuff like this:
DCOPClient::attachInternal. Attach failed Authentication Rejected, reason :
None of the authentication protocols specified are supported and host-based
authentication failed
ICE Connection rejected!
