I had the same problem too. I also had the problem that upgrading of 
mozilla-cvs didn't work anymore. Since glibc was also updated at the same 
time and both problems are related somehow to libdl.so, I have installed the 
previous Version of glibc and locales (2.2.4-1), restarted KDE and now all is 
working fine again. The upgrade of mozilla-cvs is now also working. So I 
think the problem is related in some changes of /lib/libdl.so.2.2.4. 

Maybe this information is usefull for someone.
