cannot launch help in Korganizer

When I try to click on help in Korganizer, I get the following message:

_IceTransSocketUNIXConnect: Can't connect: errno = 111
_IceTransSocketUNIXConnect: Can't connect: errno = 111
ERROR: KUniqueApplication: Trying to launch kdeinit.
WARNING: Could not launch help:
KDEInit could not launch 'khelpcenter'

I have potato installed, with libc 2.2.2-1 (unstable). I have installed
kdebase, and kdebase-doc in addition to the required packages for
korganizer.
