I have installed the following
"components":
* Debian 2.2r2
* XF 4.0.2 potato build by C. P. Botha (XF 3.3.6
was never installed)
* KDE 2.1 potato from kde.debian.net
However, I can't get antialiasing to work - even
though the RENDER
extension is loaded.
I saw KDE 2.1 on an unstable systemin .In the control panel's "style"
option was a checkbox for enabling AA -
this is also missing in my
installation.
I've also tried "export QT_XFT=true" before
launching startx with
no succes (it's not even defined if i fire up an
xterm an do an
"echo $QT_XFT").
Also, QT 2.2.3 is the version installed. Isn't it possible to get AA in potato with the
above config?
Any suggestions?
