This is a truly good match. Maybe you should also have a look at
Debian Edu [2] ?

Debian Jr is a Debian Pure Blend, which means that it is a standard
Debian installation with extra packages installed.

The easiest way to install Debian Jr is to install Debian with your
preferred method, and then installing the junior-* metapackages.
Metapackages are collections of packages.

List all Debian Jr metapackages by

    apt-cache search junior-

You can also view the Debian Jr metapackages online at
