Where there are no non-Gnome/KDE alternatives, including a Gnome/KDE
application in Debian Jr. is OK. Furthermore, I'm not listing or
promoting either the Gnome or KDE desktops at this point. Also, I'm
avoiding putting Gnome/KDE apps into the task & meta packages at this
point unless I feel there is a really good justification for it because of
the sheer size of libs (so, where "ktuberling" is a very minor "toy", and
yet would drag in all the KDE libs, I deliberately omit it from
the junior-toys meta package).

This restriction is just for "version one" (or whenever we feel we have a
good solid base Debian Jr. established, whichever event happens first). I
just don't want to "open the floodgates" on Gnome/KDE quite yet. Once we
have the infrastructure in place, then we can look at packaging/listing
Gnome/KDE versions, which likely will be installed via task-junior-gnome
and task-junior-kde packages. Naturally, we will need testers for
gnome-based and kde-based Debian Jr. systems by that point. This is, as I
said, part of that extra work involved that I want to avoid for now.
