SGML and LDP-style sounds good to me. As we have discussed some of this
on irc.debian.org, channel #debian-jr, I think we can continue to carry
on the discussion there and hash out a draft for the group to comment on.
Of course, people are welcome to add their suggestions to this thread
as well. (Don't all speak at once! ;)
