We are here only talking about Buster, not Ubuntu.

AFAIK, these have been fixed, so won't appear again.
Exposing jaw largely *before* deciding to enable it for Buster is
precisely what could be a better option. Limited-scope testing wouldn't
expose the bugs seen in JOSM.
