RFS: java-allocation-instrumenter/3.0.1-1

Dear Java Team,

I have prepared an update for this package. The changelog is:

  * New upstream release
    - Switch libasm4-java to libasm-java
    - Switch homepage to GitHub
  * d/control:
    - Add myself to Uploaders
    - Use secure VCS URLs
    - Standards-Version => 3.9.8 (no change)
    - Build-Depends on libguava-java
    - Can Build-Depends on default-jdk-headless
  * Install README.md to the documentations package

You can find the package at [1].

Android's Jack compiler toolchain needs this library (>= 3.0.1), which
is why I want to release an update. This package has been in
"experimental" since 2014, I hope it could be uploaded to "unstable"
instead. Thank you!

Notable changes from 2.1 to 3.0.1 include:

  * Support for JDK 8
  * Update to ASM 5.0.3
  * Update to Guava 17

You can find more details at [2]

Cheers,
Kai-Chung Yan
