Thank you for reporting this issue. You may want to get a look into the
Jetty log files and see if there is a relevant error message, but I
don't think it's worth investing too much time on this 4 years old
version of Solr. I still plan to update it but I doubt it'll be ready
for Stretch. I recommend downloading and installing the upstream war in
the meantime.
