Hey Markus,

It doesn't seem worthwhile to me to define which packages they are each going
to work on in the proposals, since things can change between now, the
application time, and the time that they students are out of school and
starting work on the GSoC stuff.  We are also not guaranteed 2 slots from
Google.  From what I've seen the past two years, Google grants every slot that
Debian requests, so chances are good.  But Google also changes its mind from
year to year.

We can figure out where to start when we kick off the project.
