RFS: tika/1.5-1

Hi all,

I packaged the Apache Tika project (ITP #499606) and I'm looking for a
sponsor to upload it. The package contains a subset of the Tika parsers
because some dependencies aren't packaged yet (mp4parser, netcdf and
jhighlight).

The package is available on Alioth:
