Hello, I am working on the Debian Games Pure Blend [1] to facilitate the installation and development of games and to increase the visibility of free software games and developer tools in and outside of Debian. I have created a task for the development of games in the Java programming language [2] and would like to find out whether Java developers are satisfied with the current state of this task or if they would expect to find different packages from the ones currently presented. Once released this task will become a metapackage provided by the debian-games source package and interested parties can just install it with apt install games-java-dev I would be glad for any feedback whether the currently recommended and suggested packages fit your needs or if you think that there are Java packages which are missing. You can also recommend Java software targeted for games development that is not packaged yet. Those packages could be easily integrated in the web sentinel at [2] and serve as a reminder what software still needs to be packaged for Debian. Thanks for your attention Regards, Markus [1] http://blends.debian.org/blends/ [2] http://blends.debian.org/games/tasks/java-dev
