RFS: aspectj-maven-plugin/1.4-1 (new package)

Hi all,

I'm looking for a sponsor to upload a new package: aspectj-maven-plugin
(ITP: #713019). This is a Maven plugin required for building mp4parser
(ITP: #712972) which is a dependency of Apache Tika (ITP: #499606) which
is required to upgrade JMeter to the latest version. My life looks like
Inception :)
