After reading some old mails from 'Barak A. Pearlmutter' when he
sponsored my first package and the manpage of svn-buildpackage I
figured out what the problem is.
I set two properties, svn-bp:origDir and mergeWithUpstream, on debian
folder to make it work with svn-buildpackage. So now you have to run
only two commands.
1. make -f debian/rules get-orig-source
2. svn-buildpackage

I tried building the package on i386 and powerpc. The package builds
fine on i386 but fails to build on powerpc currently. I haven't found
complete solution for FTBFS. Also I am not sure if it will fail on
other arch.

What you can do for now is upload it if it builds properly for you on
i386. We can look into the build failures later.

Cheers,
Onkar
