Please unblock jta_2.6+dfsg-1.1

  Hello,

  Could you please allow jta_2.6+dfsg-1.1 to transition to testing ? It
drops dependencies on outdated libraries (see #502344), and the package
was also made lintian-clean.

 A `%' at the end of the format argument causes undefined behaviour
 since there is no following character. In some locales, it may
 hide your door keys, while in others it may remove the final page
 from the novel you are reading.
