Debian Java checkstyle package.

Hi Arnaud, Michael, and Wolfgang.

I am intending to package the new upstream version of checkstyle, and as
you are all listed as co-maintainers of this package I thought I would
just check with you first. Are you happy for me to continue with this
packaging, or would you prefer to do it yourselves?

I would also like to make sure the co-maintainers field is up to date.
Would you let me know if you still wish to be included as a co-maintainer?
