Nope, the guys from Sun were hearing and helpful, but if Sun is like other companies, I imagine it will take some time until it's sorted out... I didn't dare asking for a deadline :-^
The license should be CDDL, which would give us non-free for sure, but main/contrib will depend on the ftpmasters.
