dom4j packaging

Hi developers,

I've finished packaging of JaxMe 2 (based on Wolfgang Baer's work), expect
it to be uploaded soon. I will now look at dom4j.

Eric: what is the status of xsdlib? Did you manage to sort out the license
issues?
