Ant transition finished

Hi all,
The ant transition is finished, thanks to everyone who helped on
changeing the packages that depended on libant1.6-java to ant and
sometimes ant-contrib. Particular many thanks to Wolfgang Baer who did a
lot of the work.
I updated the pkg-java pages to reflect the situation:
