Try the same with 1.4, thats IMO much better, as it lets you do
HotCode replace when debugging

I have, but with an ISDn Connection, I probably wouldn't help you
:( In the readme is the official KDE Mirror. Try that.
The best is probably to deb-src a unstable mirror and then compile
the whole of KDE yourself... As there wont be any updates in the
kde debian debs...
