This package can't be in main, since the source code is not included (at least not extracted). Even if it was correctly included and used to build the JAR, it must go into contrib since it requires non-free software (Swing) to run.

There are a lot more bugs in your package, e.g.

- Debian packages are not allowed to place files in /usr/local, please
  read the Debian Policy
- The source code archive is included in the binary package
- "Standards-Version: 1.33" in debian/control
- Two conflicting priorities in debian/control (extra and optional)
- Wrong section, should be net, not x11
- debian/DEBIAN, debian/files and debian/tmp in the source package,
  please read the packaging manual
- Refernce to GPL missing in debian/copyright
- Invaid format of debian/changelog (missing empty lines)
- missing dependencies (please read the Java policy)
