Build-Depends: java2-compiler or j2sdk1.3
Hi (.*),
Now that we have a j2sdk available in Debian, and also the
concept of a java2-compiler - which one should we use for
Build-Depends in debian/control files ?
Should we be specific and name the package we want to build
with, or name the virtual java2-compiler package (which may be
satisfied by the java2-compiler-dummy package) ?
Currently there's nothing in the policy which deals with this
scenario.
Thoughts, comments ?
Cheers,
Marcus
