On your handy debian system, with the "developers-reference" package
installed (if you're a developer, you had better have it installed or
know where to find it online, better yet sleep with it under your pillow...)

The table of contents *alone* is a wonder:

RTP/ITP may be harder to find; certainly details of the WNPP are in
section 6, and explain what they really want to know...
